Good Morning;
I am going on a course soon and they want me to back-up only using only =
my fins, no sculling, pushing etc.  I am having problems with this. The =
other skill, the helicopter turn I can do ok, it's this back issue. Any =
suggestions on how I should be doing it right? Any help would be =
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
