Subject: tech training in CA?

Who offers the best tech diving training in California?  I would like to
get training for Nitrox, Trimix (intermediate & advanced), trimix
blending, and wreck diving/penetration.  IANTD seems to be better
established than TDI by the look of their respective websites, but the
instructors are still few and far between.  Any recommendations?
